Keep it simple.

Updated October 1, 2026. This notice describes the current website review version. It must be revisited as apps, analytics, accounts, or other services are added.

Calculator inputs and water records

The calculators run in your browser. Budsistant’s calculator code does not send your measurements, equipment details, expenses, or notes to a server. Inputs and the water-reading log are held in the current page’s memory and clear when the page reloads or closes. Switching calculator tabs keeps them available within that page.

You can export the water log as a CSV file. The export is created in your browser and contains your entered sample names, readings, water volumes, notes, timestamps, and converted conductivity scales. It is saved wherever you choose to download it. Budsistant does not upload or keep a copy of that export.

Age declaration

Your 21+ confirmation is stored in session storage in your browser. It is used to avoid repeating the prompt during the same browsing session. No birthdate, identity document, or account is collected by this age screen. This is self-declaration, not verified proof of age.

Hosting and access

The service hosting your review link may process technical request information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the website. If the link requires sign-in, that service may also process account information to control access. These are separate from Budsistant’s calculator inputs.

External links

Official government pages and other external websites have their own privacy practices. The district lookup opens on the legislature’s website; your address is not entered into Budsistant.

Analytics and marketing

This release contains no Budsistant advertising or analytics scripts. Public support contact information and the final app privacy disclosures will be added before launch.
