- Older guidance may show a 35-gram extract limit or refer to repealed Chapter 3780. Use the provisions effective March 20, 2026 rather than treating those older limits as current.
- Public consumption is prohibited. Gift transfers have location and quantity conditions; do not assume unrestricted sharing.
